Step 1: Register
First goto ZoloSports.com and select the “Register” link. Select the “Click here” link to display the registration form.
Fill in all the “mandatory” fields and then select the
“Save” button to continue.
Notes:
For the “Login Type” select “Coach” if you will be running a single team. The “League” type is selected if you will be running a league or a group of teams.
The “Phone Main” number is your unique access id code when logging into ZoloSport’s automated phone system
The “Pin Code” is also used by the Coach to login into ZoloSports Events Hotline.

Step 2: Login
Enter the Username and Password that you created during the previous Registration process. If you forgot your password you can always select the “Forgot Password” link to recover your password.
Once you are successfully logged in you will see the Visual Web Calendar which would normally display your teams events. Your next step will be to create your first team and then assign Players / Team Members to your first team.

Step 3:Create your first team
The next step is to create your “first” team. Select the “Add New Team” button and fill out all the required Team related fields. After successfully creating your first team your team will be assigned a “unique” TeamID#. The TeamID# will be used for the Toll Free Events Hotline (1-866-656-9029) to uniquely identify your team.
The events hotline is used by the coach to record team messages, manage events, and send messages to team members. Team members or players would dial into the events hotline to access the latest team voice messages and events status.
Step 4:Build your Team Roster
After successfully creating your first team its now time to assign Team Members or Players to your team. The quickest way is to select the “Add New Player To Team Roster” link. If you have a large number of players on your team you can choose to upload a “Preformatted” excel file containing all your team members.

Step 5: Communicate (Voice)
The final step is to actually start communicating with your team members.
Call the events hotline (1-866-656-9029) and enter your team’s TEAMID# when prompted. Select the coaches option and then enter your registered phone # and enter your pin #. You now have the ability to do the following:
RECORD a team message which will be available for playback by general callers. That recorded team message will also be emailed as a “Click To Play” message to your entire team roster. A text message will automatically be sent to all your team members informing them the coach has just recorded a new team message. The team member can choose to dial the Events Hotline(1-866-656-9029) and listen to the newly recorded message. That same message will also be available online for playback online on the Team’s Visual Web Calendar.
