Take your team communication mobile with ZoloSports Automated Voice Messenger. Create a message, designate recipients and the system handles the rest.
Create voice messages through the Toll-Free Event Hotline. Generate a new message by dialing the ZoloSports Toll-Free Event Hotline (866-656-9029)—it’s just like leaving a voicemail.
Record a voice message through your computer. You can also record audio messages through a computer microphone and upload them directly to the online system.
Designate recipients. Decide if you want to send your message to the whole team, a group within the team or selected individuals.
Alert message recipients via text. After creating a message, you can prompt the system to send text messages to all recipients notifying them that their coach has left them a message. Recipients can then call the Toll-Free Event Hotline to hear their message, or get online and retrieve the audio file.
Send voice message through email. The system can also send e-mails with an audio file of your voice message attached.
Sync messages with the Interactive Visual Calendar. You have the option of creating event-specific messages that will appear as attachments with the other event info on the Interactive Visual Calendar, or general team messages, which will appear at the top of the calendar.
