The Toll-Free Event Hotline provides phone access to all of ZoloSports’ robust team management and communication tools. The system lets coaches, players and parents interact with the online calendar and scheduling tools from any phone, at any time.
Stay in touch with automatic team notification. When you call the Toll-Free Event Hotline (866-656-9029) and create a voice message, the system will automatically alert team members by text message. Recipients can call the Toll-Free Event Hotline and receive the message by following simple prompts. At the same time, the system can e-mail team members with an attached audio file of the message.
Access the Interactive Visual Calendar and proactive notification system. Through state of the art technology, the Interactive Visual Calendar is accessible from the Toll-Free Event Hotline. This allows coaches or administrators to add, cancel or reschedule events. The automatic notification system can then be triggered, contacting your roster with the new information.
Leave general messages for specific groups or the entire team. General messages appear above the Interactive Visual Calendar and event specific messages appear embedded in the event details. You can leave messages designated for all callers, just team members or certain groups within the team.
